Description

Whether separately or together, the work of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari is remarkable both for its tendency toward sophisticated, powerful abstractions and for its commitment to the concrete, situated, contextual and pragmatic.

This Theorizing at Rowan Summer Symposium is devoted to exploring the roots, sources, development and diffusion of their thought, as well as to examining its consequences and the uses to which it can be put going forward.
